Caroline is the Managing Director of Clifton Homecare Limited, a CQC rated Outstanding Domiciliary Care company based in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire. Caroline is also a Non-Executive Director of The Outstanding Society, a CIC company which shares and promotes best practice in the social care sector, and a Paramedic.

Caroline is passionate about the learning and development of her team of care professionals and is proud of the great work the team do on a daily basis. Caroline has worked in the social care sector since the age of 13 years old and, having been a Paramedic for 20 years, has a good understanding of pre-hospital and emergency/urgent care challenges. She spends a lot of time supporting the future of the social care sector by engaging with students and local education providers.
