Katy has worked in homecare since 2018 and been with Bluebird Care Gosport since the beginning of the COVID pandemic in April 2020. She started as a Supervisor, then progressed to Deputy Manager and has been Registered Care Manager for a little over a year. Katy believes the most important part of her role is upskilling and navigating the best path for her team to thrive.
