Leah has worked in the health & social care sector for over 20 years, starting her career as a Registered Nurse. She then moved into Community Nursing and that’s where her passion for supporting individuals in their own homes in the community started. Leah joined Bluebird Care in 2010 when the opportunity to be involved in a new Franchise was available. She started as a Care Coordinator and Care Supervisor, then went on to complete her QCF Qualifications and became a Registered Manager in 2019. In late 2022, she was given the opportunity to become Operations Manager for three franchises in Kent. She has been involved in Rostering for 13 years.
