Mark has been a part of the Barchester family since 2014. Having joined Barchester Healthcare as a Care Assistant, later a Senior Carer, he then moved into Activities, becoming Senior Activities Lead for the North Yorkshire area. He now works as a Customer Relationship Manager for the North East and Scotland Division.

Within his role, Mark supports Barchester's homes with community engagement, building relationships with groups and charities in the area and supporting activities teams with their home events.
