Tricia is a qualified social worker and former Director of Operations/National Workforce Development at Skills for Care; leading on the design and development of guidance, resources, tools, standards and frameworks for Adult Social Care.  

Her previous roles include Head of Adults Social Care and Adult Safeguarding in local authority statutory settings and Practitioner Development Lead with London ADASS. Tricia is Co-chair of the Department of Health and Social Care, Social Care Workforce Race Equalities Standards Advisory Group and also Co-chair of the BAME Communities Advisory Group for the Department of Health Social Care, COVID-19 Support Taskforce. She is experienced in advising Government ministers on adult social care.  She has a passion for sector led improvement and relational leadership, building strong positive relationships and teams within and across organisations.
